About the Founder

Meet Tammi

The Dionne Group was founded by Tammi D. Teague, an executive leadership coach and consultant with more than 20 years of experience working across corporate, nonprofit, and complex organizational environments.

Tammi has spent her career partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams as they navigate change, scale organizations, and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.  Her work is informed by deep experience inside organizations-where leadership challenges are rarely theoretical and the human dynamics matter as much as strategy.

She brings a gounded, thoughtful approach to leadership development - one that blends business acumen with emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and systems thinking.  Clients often describe her as a trusted thought partner:  candid, steady and deeply attuned to both people and outcomes.
